Overview
Oberoi Realty Group, a leading real estate developer, approached us with the objective of transforming their digital presence.
The challenge was to create a customer-centric platform that not only reflected the essence of the brand but also facilitated seamless user experiences, enhanced engagement, and provided easy discoverability of their diverse project portfolio.
Oberio's earlier website had a week online presence and a corporate heavy website which was not attractive for homeowners and investors.

Goal-Based Exploration Across Oberoi's Diverse Project Portfolio
I curated a section facilitating goal-based exploration across Oberoi's varied portfolio, spanning retail, residential, social infrastructure, commercial, and hospitality. This user-friendly interface not only showcases the breadth of projects but also underscores Oberoi's commitment to community building, emphasizing convenient access to essential services near residential complexes for an enhanced quality of life.
Informed Choices, Immersive Experience
I spearheaded the creation of Project Detail Page that offers comprehensive insights, featuring floor plans based on apartment size, a virtual reality view for a lifelike experience, a detailed list of amenities, live construction updates ensuring transparency, and project highlights. This adaptable CMS template, initially designed for residential projects, has seamlessly extended its effectiveness across other sectors like retail and commercial, maintaining a consistent and user-centric approach.

It was imperative to understand the gaps and business needs which led to primary interviews of stakeholders from various departments at ORL-sales, marketing and COO. I also performed a secondary research to understand user needs and their aspirations.
Additionally, I performed a through competitive analysis on the other leading real estate players who have a luxury niche user market.
